POSITION SUMMARY:
Work closely with distributors in South Asia to ensure export sales growth and profitability, brands awareness and annual commercial plan execution
RESPONSIBILITY:

Draw export sales plan, distribute to each distributor, and monitor implementation

Responsible for export business process management to ensure all export business activities conform to and comply with the related laws, corporate mission, values and code of conduct

Build up strong partnership with licensees and distributors to increase sales & services and profits in South Asia market

Assist the dealers in bidding works
-
Work closely with manufacturing sites and follow up export orders from production to transportation to insure customer satisfaction
-
Research and analyse market information and data regularly, and prepare reports used for business strategy making
-
Expand the market share of the Company in South Asia by identifying and exploring new sales channels
-
Co-work branding promotion and new products launch activities in South Asia
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience Level & Capabilities
-
More than 5 years export business experience in electromechanical industry or foreign trade industry
-
Be familiar with construction and building material industry is a plus
-
Be familiar with import & export trade terms and rules
-
Preferably with international exposure. JV working experience is a plus
-
Excellent inter-personal capacity with self esteem, sincere people orientation, influencing skill and efficient communication

Result oriented and able to manage multi tasks. Taking initiatives, positive thinking, willing and quick to learn

Education & Language

Bachelor degree or equivalent, major in Mechanical Design, Business Administration or related discipline

Fluent English and Mandarin in both oral and written is a must
